Never mind. Take it now.

I love Online Arbitrage.

This is a sourcing strategy to find profitable flips online.

But it’s extremely boring and feels like office work.

On the other hand, Retail Arbitrage is a treasure hunt.

Every day you set out into stores, never knowing what you’ll find.

It sounds like a lot of work.

And at times, it can be.

But it’ll be the most fun reselling you’ll ever have.

Because when you hit, you hit BIG.

But let’s jump into logistics.

I promised that I’d show you the method to find your first big win.

I don’t care how much a 7 figure seller preaches about the goodness of Amazon.

You won’t care until there are sales in your bank account.

So here’s how to produce those sales:

Step #1: Head to any local big box store. Think Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Target, etc

Step #2: Find their seasonal aisle. As we get deeper into the 3rd quarter of the year, these aisles will change fast. The first person in the aisles will make the most money.

Step #3: Scan every product in their seasonal aisle. This is where we lose a LOT of people. You are not trying to find profitable products. You are collecting data. Download SellerAmp SAS and export every product that comes up into a Google Sheet.

Step #4: Look deeper into profitable plays. If you follow these steps, you will find profitable products. But most of them will be gated. If you find a profitable flip that’s ungated, buy a few units and instantly list them for sale.

Step #5: Ungate the gated profitable items. You want to ungate in steps. Always check if the item can auto-ungate on request. If not, then focus on the items with the smallest ungate requirement first. Such as the 10-unit ungates. Avoid 100+ unit ungates until you have more experience

The 5 steps above are the exact system I used to scale my Amazon business.

I started with retail arbitrage because you can move faster than online arbitrage.

Online orders take 5 - 7 days to ship.

Retail orders are instant.

You could run a test buy, get sales data, and hit 20 stores in your city for restocks in 7 days.

Online is great for scale.

But retail is how you win big fast.

Now tomorrow, I’ll show you how you can win even faster by using FBM.

See you then,

Sekou

You might hear “$120k/m on Amazon” and think “Dude has to be working 80+ hours a week”. Nope it’s barely 10% of that “That’s a LOT of money.” It’s pretty solid. About $16k/m net That’s the two most common responses I get when I talk about Amazon Arbitrage with regular people and even other business owners So we’ll be taking a pretty deep dive into what a strong 7 figure Amazon operation really looks like It’s not very “hustle” centric and it’s not all Lambos & Rolexes. It’s just regular ol’...

We’ll be taking an indepth look into what a 7 figure outsourced Amazon operation looks like Disclaimer: You don’t need a lot to make great money on Amazon.
